All our orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day apart from custom orders such as tanks, housings.

Returns & Replacements

We offer returns and refunds on products in unused condition for 30 days (minus shipping costs). Products that are not faulty customer pays return shipping costs.

Items that are faulty can be returned for full refund or replacement (we cover return shipping costs on faulty items). Upon verifying items are faulty, replacements or refunds will be issued within 2 working days.

We can exchange products if the customer returns the product to us in new condition within 30 days.
